2 weeks without automatic send

Hi,

Is been like 2 or 3 weeks )since 10th-18th march without automatic playlist send while being on the artist pro tier.

Also I’ve got one song in the campaign but nothing’s doing the automatically playlist…

Is there any trouble in my account or is a bug?

    Hello DJ Takoyakiboy, thanks for reaching out.

    Please can you click on the “Your campaigns” tab and double check if the campaign is marked as active? If it is inactive, that is the reason why your song is not being sent.

        Thanks for sending this over - as you can see in the first screenshot you sent, you have 0/10 placements left for this month. This will renew on the 1st day of the next month (tomorrow) and it will start sending your campaign again.
