Paypal Issues with Payment Requests

My song was accepted on several playlists but later removed. I believe it happened because I updated the cover art and the ending of the audio through my distributor. I contacted support and requested a credit refund so I can resubmit the updated version, but I haven’t received a response yet. It would be helpful if the platform can: 1. Notify artists when their song is removed from a playlist after being accepted. 2. Make it easier to request credit refunds when a track is removed shortly after acceptance. Thank you.

Credit cards don't work

I'm trying to subscribe to the DailyPlaylists Professional plan for $14.99 from India. I've tried multiple Visa cards, but every card produces the Chargebee error “Your card does not support this type of purchase.” International and online transactions are enabled on the cards. Could you please check whether your Chargebee/payment gateway currently supports recurring subscription payments from Indian cards, or provide an alternative payment method?

Do any curators actually accept free submissions?

BBC CW Radio thought my track was good enough to feature on air, but not one curator. Why is it ok for a curator to make more than an artists? Most can’t even listen to the full length of song and Paying for submissions to just be declined is just a scam. Let alone the risk of botted playlists. My question is arent sites like this just making playlisters gatekeepers of artists success? And sometimes they can decline you and snatch your money after listening to a minute when they never actually had intention of adding that song to playlist. They just wanted some quick and easy money. It’s a huge disservice to artists.
