Update on blank screen issue, long loading times & general errors

Hello DailyPlaylists community, Lately we have received reports about the website taking a long time to load, sudden black screen displays and ocasional errors in submission process. After conducting an internal investigation, we found that this issue was being caused by a caching issue. This morning we implemented an update that should fix the issue for all users. We recommend doing a hard refresh of the browser, as this cleans the cache and pulls the most updated version of DailyPlaylists. My playlists are not visible on the site, they are all deleted and appear as 0

Dear Daily Playlists Support Team, I recently received a notification that my account has been suspended due to alleged artificial/bot activity detected in my playlists. I would like to formally appeal this decision. I want to clearly state that I have never used, purchased, or supported any form of artificial streams, bots, or prohibited promotion methods. Any activity associated with my playlists has been fully organic and in compliance with your platform’s policies. If there is specific activity that triggered this suspension, I kindly request detailed information so I can better understand the issue. I would like to clearly state that I have never used bots, artificial streaming services, or any form of fake engagement to promote my music or playlists. All of my streams and playlist activity have been generated organically through my own promotion efforts, social media sharing, and listener engagement. I fully respect your platform’s rules and policies, and I would never intentionally violate them. If there has been unusual activity detected, I kindly ask you to review the data again, as it may have been caused by external factors beyond my control. I recently noticed that my Daily Playlists have been removed from my account. I am writing to understand the reason for this action and to request a review of the situation. All of my playlists were created manually by me. I have not used any bots, automation tools, artificial engagement methods, or any software that violates the platform’s policies. All activity and engagement on my account are organic and based on genuine user behavior. If this action was triggered by an automated system, I believe there may have been a mistake.
