I can choose 5 language for one of my playlists, but in other list i can't choose them, I only can choose 3 or less than that. What would be the problem?
Hope an answer thanks 🙏

DKIM set up?
DKIM seems to set up incorrectly on the dailyplaylist.com dns. So my (new) email provider is dropping emails from you before they hit my account. They apparently need SPF (which is OK) and DKIM set up. But they think yours is misconfigured.
$: dig dailyplaylists.com DKIM +short
$: 75.2.60.5
I’m told this should be something like k=rsa; p=MIIBIjANBgkqhkiG9w0BAQEFAAOCAQ8AMIIBCgKCAQEA...
I’m not sure what to do now.
Cheers

As a curator I’ve not been able to accept ANY songs for over 48 hours (red warning ‘problem’ sign every time).
Can you fix this as 100% of submissions I get at the moment are having to be rejected because of this bug/glitch.
I know I’m not the only curator this is happening to - Been problems with your site ever since you updated it last week (happens with every update really…)

Hi Chris,
We’re currently not experiencing any other reports, and after testing, all features seem to be working properly. This looks like a caching issue. Please hard refresh your browser and log out and back in to see if the issue resolves.
Could you please try performing a hard refresh on your browser to see if that resolves the issue? Sometimes this can help with temporary caching problems.
To do a hard refresh, you can usually press Ctrl+Shift+R (on Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+R (on Mac). Here's also a resource to help you: https://fabricdigital.co.nz/blog/how-to-hard-refresh-your-browser-and-clear-cache
Please let me know if the issue is solved. If not, I'll be happy to look into this further for you.
All the best,
DP Team

I had playlists up and wasnt online for a bit this summer. They went deactive. Unfortunately they are listed on my account to delete or activate and when I try and add a playlist it says they already exist in the system. SO basically I can’t curate at all.

Hello Pineapplecowboy, thanks for reaching out.
In your dashboard does it let you reactivate your playlists? A screenshot of your dashboard will be highly appreciated.
Also, please send the link to your Spotify playlist so we can take a look.
Keep us posted!

I previously reported some bugs in the automatic submissions related to songs being added to playlists that already feature the song. Today, I realized automatic submission added us to multiple EDM and Spanish dance playlists despite us being a metal band with everything in English. I’ve already cancelled our pro subscription due to several feature bugs, so I’m not necessarily worried about auto submissions going forward, but it is unfortunate for bands like us and those that will continue to pay for these features if they are adding songs to playlists that will negatively effect their organic reach (I.e. a listener pulls up an EDM playlist and hears a screaming metal band then immediately skips). handful of examples below (but there are several).

Hello American Standards, thanks for flagging this.
We are sorry for the inconveniences caused by this bug.
Unfortunately it seems like it is an isolated case, as we haven’t received other reports for bad genre targeting.
It will help us a lot if you can send us the link to the submitted song so we can take a deeper look at this case.
Thanks for your honest feedback,

Another few this morning. Primarily Spanish dance/edm. One completely instrumental/ambient sleep music playlist where our song is really going to throw people for a loop.

This is very strange! Please can you send us your email? We might need some more screenshots from your end to investigate deeper into this!

Hey Michael, thanks for reaching out.
Have you responded to the submissions? Gates are executed when responding to the submission, not when receiving it.
Let us know.

If I connect my Spotify account to your site, when I do a search for a song title, only my song title’s should come up. When I put in my song title, nothing shows up and now when I paste the link for the song it says invalid URL. I want my money back. This is a joke.

Hello, I recently paid for the pro subscription in daily playlists, and there seems to be a bug on my account because I can't submit to any playlist using the 6 remaining credits that I have, after choosing playlists and pressing submit it just stays "loading" forever and never actually submits, and then it goes back to telling me I still have 6 credits. I’ve tried for five fours days in a row and it never works, Thank you in advance

Embedded players aren’t working under track explorer or submissions to my own playlist. I just keep getting a purple spinning circle where the play button should be, and the ‘play song’ button is greyed out and not clickable either. I cleared my cache to see if that would fix it but it hasn’t. It’s obviously not a problem for playing submissions to my playlist though.
I’m using Chrome on a brand new MacBook M4 and everything’s bang up to date.

I since discovered that it wasn’t actually a problem with this site. For some reason Spotify players weren’t working with Mac computers for about a day. I tried three other sites with players and they were all the same. I then tried it with my Chromebook and it worked (which I should’ve done in the first place). To confirm this even further, I found an official Spotify forum where lots of Mac users were complaining about it.
Thanks for looking into it anyway.

Hey there, after updating my account login from spotify to directly in DP, I’m no longer able to preview tracks within DP, clicking the play button has no effect, and I have to open each song in spotify to preview now. Any assistance is appreciated.
