Can I revert back to the old Daily Playlist

Hello Daily Playlists team

I recently upgraded to the Professional Plan (which as far as I understand is replacing the Artist Pro / automatic submission tool) however I am so disappointed with the results and some changes that I need to ask is it at all possible to revert back to the older version until I need to change?

I'm worryingly disappointed with my current Premium Submissions campaigns too, nearly all of them are declined with nonsense feedback even though the curator themselves describe liking the genre of music and Daily Playlists has matched the songs 3/3.

I would really appreciate reverting back as I got considerably better results. I also note you used to have details on each curator that showed their Acceptance rate, please, please can you reintroduce that you seem to have now omitted that info and replaced it with a response percentage which for my current campaigns means they will very quickly decline your submissions and you've now wasted your playlist budget. I realise you've got to develop and change the platform but for me so far it's not a cost I can justify for much longer thanks again for your help hopefully I can revert back Derick

    Hi Derick,

    Thank you so much for this fair feedback, currently we don’t have the ability to revert the plan to Artist Pro as we are fully switching to the Professional Plan in the following months. We are currently taking notes on the new plan and looking to direct interviews to users who have subscribed to the plan. If you are willing we can add you to the list.

    Regarding the Automatic submissions, this decision was made to enhance the overall transparency and control for our users regarding their submissions. We believe this new approach will ultimately provide a clearer and more manageable experience, as we received multiple complaints of artist that used the automatic submissions and got placed in playlists that were way out of the genre or style they were looking for.

      Thanks for the reply, my main concern is with your new system I’m just wasting money with very little in the way of return on the premium playlists, the feedback is really generic too almost like they’re just taking money off emerging acts and sending response number 2 or response number 6. The automatic submission tool was great too in that it saved time and was submitted to a good number of playlists, now you automatically select 5 playlists many of them fairly pointless as they have a couple of hundred followers and the same number of tracks so even IF they accepted the track it wouldn’t be worth anything. I would appreciate it if you’d consider adding back in the Acceptance stats as that’d at least enable me to gauge whether or not my artists will be accepted. I’ll take it under consideration but I think the only realistic course of action for me given the severely limited (non-existent) budget emerging acts have is to stop using premium playlists altogether, appreciate your response thanks Derick

        Hi Dmack, thank you so much for this feedback, specially seeing that you’d given a thorough look into how we work, this new plan was made to make it more transparent over where your music is submitted, but we understand where you are coming from, specially about saving time. We are currently looking for users who are willing to have an interview about the new Professional Plan. So if you want we can have a chat about it, considering that tools like Automatic Submissions and the new Recommendations tab has divided users over what works best and you are providing very valuable insight into it.

              Great please do and could you please give me an indication how long that will likely take? I should clarify we are a PR / marketing agency so we have multiple artists in any given month and across genres. I set up the Professional plan / Artist pro to save time but also get a good cross section of playlists for our clients and submit to larger numbers of playlists than we could do manually, and of course have more success with actually getting our clients on Spotify playlists. I’m considering cancelling the Pro plan as since it’s no longer automated (as it was with Artist pro) it’s ultimately costing us more money for less results thanks
