How do we can cancel our subscription. We keep getting charged monthly but it says no active subscription?

      Thank you for reaching out. To cancel your subscription, please follow these steps:

      • Click on your profile pic

      • Click on settings

      • Go to 'Wallet & Membership'

      • Click on the overline text 'Manage Subscription'

      • Click over the text that says you current subscription

      • Below the Current Plan click on 'Cancel Subscription'

    Can you please email your subscription details at info@dailyplaylists.com? Share email address associated with the account, spotify user link and the email with which you pay your subscription, it could be a discrepancy between the subscription details and you account.
