I’m having similar issue, just turned pro. and it was working until I have 6 remaining standard submission left. Tried to clear cache and used another browser, that I have not yet use. But still the same problem.

Already sent an email 2 days ago, already got an initial reply, sent the details that are being ask. currently no update yet on it. However the problems seems to have been resolved after the reset of the submission per week.
