Cannot submit a track

The system cannot read any of the Spotify links I add (in the start page search). It has been working before with the very same links. Is there another way to login in to my dashboard, to follow my ongoing campaigns?

    …and when I try to access by following the link to the dashboard in your e-mails, I only get a black screen.
