Can't accept songs

Hi! I have an issue where when I try to accept a song to my playlist, it gets stuck in this loading screen.

    Hi Silver Palms,

    Can you please share your spotify user link, email associated to the account and if you can decline submissions too? To also troubleshoot can you try a hard refresh?

      Hi! unfortunately hard refresh and clearing cache doesn’t work. I am able to decline songs, the problem only occurs when I try to accept songs.
