Can't add songs to playlists

I am not able to add songs to my playlists anymore, i accept them I get the notification that the song as been added but then if I come back to the submitted to you list I get the same songs over and over again. The only way to make them go away is to decline them.

      After reconnecting I got asked twice to reconnect the Spotify account. Now it seems to work!
