I’m on a desktop, trying to listen to tracks in Track Explorer? for submission credits, some clips are only 14 seconds, others are 29

Please can you indicate us which songs are appearing with only 14 or 29 seconds? Just one example of each will be fine.
Also, in which region are you located? Are you using a free or Premium Spotify account? This might influence the snippet you are getting, with this info we can investigate a bit further.
Please can you give us more detail into this issue? Is this happening when reviewing songs for your playlists or in the Track Explorer? Are you reviewing them on mobile device or desktop?
On desktop you should be able to listen to the whole song when reviewing.
