Cost-benefit

Hi, I'm reviewing the campaign methods my curation team has been using, and honestly, the return on investment with the Pro plan is extremely low! The standard points are practically disposable, as no playlist that appears to be generating results is accepted. The playlists that are accepted add no value! It ends up being inconsistent to spend $20 a month for nothing.

    Hi Runa Kross,

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that when you're investing time and money into promotion, it's important to see tangible value in return.

The Professional Plan is designed to increase exposure opportunities through Standard submissions and Recommendations, but results can vary significantly depending on factors such as genre, track quality, curator preferences, and current playlist demand. Since curators have full discretion over what they accept, we can't guarantee placements or specific streaming outcomes.

It's also worth noting that the value of a placement isn't always immediately reflected in streams alone. Some playlists may have smaller but highly engaged audiences, while others may generate more visibility than direct plays suggest.

That said, we take feedback like yours seriously. If you feel your recent campaigns have significantly underperformed, we'd be happy to review your account activity and submission history to better understand the results you're seeing.

We appreciate your honesty and will continue working to improve the platform and the value it provides to artists.

    All the best,

    DP Team
