Credit earning submissions

Hello, recently when I receive a submission which earns credits, my review fails for some reason. This has been going on for a few days. Normal submissions are working fine

    Can you share a screnshot of the issue? And also please provide us with the browser search console screenshot.

    It could also be a catching issue, so in the meantime also try hard refreshing: you can usually press Ctrl+Shift+R (on Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+R (on Mac). Here's also a resource to help you: https://fabricdigital.co.nz/blog/how-to-hard-refresh-your-browser-and-clear-cache
