curators add playlist to my account
Hi, I see a lot of curators who add their own playlists to my library and even add songs to my ‘liked songs’ list. I wouldn't mind if this happens when they add my songs to their playlist, but that is not often the case. How can this be prevented?

Hi Raluben,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to clarify how gates work on DailyPlaylists.
When you submit your track, some curators may set up a gate. A gate is simply a small action required before your submission is completed. Common examples include:
Following the curator or their playlist
Saving the track on Spotify
Other simple engagement actions
These gates help curators grow their playlists and ensure that artists engaging with them are genuine listeners.
A few important points to keep in mind:
Not all playlists have gates: it depends on the curator’s choice.
Gates are optional for artists: you decide whether you want to complete the action and submit.
They don’t affect your credits: you still control how and where you submit.
We’ve put these systems in place to make the process fair for both artists and curators.
Let me know if you still have questions. I’ll be glad to help.
All the best,
