Curators approving submission then immediately removing song from playlist

Unfortunately this seems to be an ongoing issue. I submit to curators, I get an email notifying me that my song has been approved, I click the playlist link to check the playlist out further and my song is no where to be found. Is this a glitch, or an unethical way to do business?

    Yeah, it looks like a usual thing here.

    But hey, don’t forget to follow the curators/their artists and playlists for nothing!

    It shouldn’t be a bug, as acceptances are working fine.

    Would you mind sending the playlists / curators that are doing this?

    We’d like to investigate this issue further and take some action.
