''Follow Playlist'' Gate is not working

Hello.

I received more than 20 submissions these last 24 hours but only 1/3 of it followed the playlist. is there some bug?

    Hey David,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    This can be caused by two reasons:

    • The same user submitting multiple times - and since the user has already executed the gates they are not adding up.

    • Automatic Submissions, an exclusive tool for our Artist Pro community, automatically sends music to playlists and curators but doesn’t execute any gates.
