how do i switch off auto add of an accepted artisty to my playlist
I prefer to decide in which slot they arrive. At the bottom is often not particularly fair to the artist

Hi there that's not really my question. I understand gates. I accepted an artist and what I usually do is DECIDE which track position to put them in. . In this case I wanted to add an artist to slot 6. I clicked ACCEPT on your website and you have automatically added this guy to the END of my playlist. So I want to know how I can ACCEPT without your system automatically ruining it for us by placing the artist on the list at the bottom of the list.
Hope that's clear, and thank you! :)

Hi RebelGrooveCollectiv,
I see! In that case, choosing positions is a premium submission feature. However, we will communicate this to our product team to see if it’s something we could consider implementing in the future.
Thank you for clarifying the issue!

hi to be clear I’m not asking the ARTISTS when the SUBMIT get to select a slot. I think playlist curators should decide this. And it therefore ought not to be a premium feature - asking a playlister to come to your platform, bring their playlists with them and the for you to DEMAND that in order for the song to arrive at the slot you deem appropriate for the track requires the PLAYLISTER to pay you money, is crazy.

Hi RebelGrooveCollectiv,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to clarify how gates work on DailyPlaylists.
When you submit your track, some curators may set up a gate. A gate is simply a small action required before your submission is completed. Common examples include:
Following the curator or their playlist
Saving the track on Spotify
Other simple engagement actions
These gates help curators grow their playlists and ensure that artists engaging with them are genuine listeners.
A few important points to keep in mind:
Not all playlists have gates: it depends on the curator’s choice.
Gates are optional for artists: you decide whether you want to complete the action and submit.
They don’t affect your credits: you still control how and where you submit.
We’ve put these systems in place to make the process fair for both artists and curators.
If after this you want to delete the account, please reply to this email with your email address again.
Let me know if you still have questions, I’ll be glad to help.
All the best,
