    Thank you for reaching out. To clarify how our credit system works:

    - Standard Credits: These credits are not eligible for refunds and expire 21 days after issuance.
    - Premium Credits: These are refunded if a submission remains unanswered after seven days, or if the curator chooses to issue a refund.
