I bought the pro plan for nothing

I bought the artist pro plan to be added in more playlists and have more plays, but I see I send requests and the most of them remain pending for a lot to be declined by all of them. I spent 15 dollars to have more, and you are giving me less than what I already have in free plan. If that so, I want a refund of my 15 dollars, so that I can spend them in another website to push my songs in playlists, better than you. But, if you solve this issue and make me accepted in more playlists then we can have a deal.

    It’s unfortunate that you didn’t have a good experience with our Artist Pro plan.

    Are you referring specifically to the Automatic Submission campaigns? Because Artist Pro users have 20 extra Standard Submissions per week (80 a month) in comparison to a free user - this definitely increases the odds of being accepted.

    About the end of your message, we can’t “make you accepted” as that decision is completely up to the curator, we don’t influence any curation decisions, we facilitate the system so you can connect with them. We always recommend to check if the playlist is a match in terms of sound and vibe (the Vibe Match tool, exclusive to Artist Pro, can be indicative in this sense) which increases the chances of being accepted. But, just to make it clear, we don’t guarantee or influence any acceptances on playlists.

      Thanks for response, I’m sorry if I sounded rude, but seeing the Automatic Tool proposing my song to 20 playlists and have no one accepted for a long time is a bit frustrating. I gladly use the more credits in Artist Pro plan, but I hope curators will notice my proposals as soon as possible because I want to increase my plays. In this case I ask if there is an opportunity to talk directly to curators or not.

        At the moment it is not allowed to send curators message in the song submissions, is this something you’d find interesting? If so, we can discuss it with the team to implement it at some point in the future.
