I bought the pro plan for nothing

I bought the artist pro plan to be added in more playlists and have more plays, but I see I send requests and the most of them remain pending for a lot to be declined by all of them. I spent 15 dollars to have more, and you are giving me less than what I already have in free plan. If that so, I want a refund of my 15 dollars, so that I can spend them in another website to push my songs in playlists, better than you. But, if you solve this issue and make me accepted in more playlists then we can have a deal.
