I can not play the paid submission

An artist sent me a paid submission and I can not play the song to provide feedback or to accept the song.

    Thank you for reaching out. Please make sure that you are logged in on Spotify through the same browser you are using to review the track. If the issues persists, please try and log out and back in, as it could also be a caching issue
