I cannot submit my latest track

When I try to submit my latest tack, I cannot submit. I tried on Android device, tried on different web browser, tried to hard refresh but it won’t work. When i submit my old tracks, i can but won’t work on latest song.

      mines not working too and it wont load any playlists its just stuck on the loading like its refreshing
