Invalid playlist info

Hi - you’ll see the screenshot, it shows my playlist has 12 followers, but it has over a 100 (you can see on spotify itself). Also the pic is splightly different so it’s like it’s not pulling through from spotify? It also says ‘by Pickap.art’, it should say Avondale records. Thanks!
