Hello I can't submit any song because the loading of the playlist are endless. Tried on android device and PC.

    Having an issue where I can’t upload my song to playlists, tried on iPhone and laptop, but the loading je endless

    Please can you give us more detail into the issue?

    We will appreciate it if you can send the following information:

    • When does the issue appears? E.g in the submission process, when you finish a submission, etc.

    • What browser are you using? Please also tell us the browser version number and operating system you are using.

    Sometimes this issue can be caused by cache pulling outdated information, a hard refresh should fix it most of the times, here is a resource on how to do so: https://fabricdigital.co.nz/blog/how-to-hard-refresh-your-browser-and-clear-cache

    Let us know if the hard refresh fixes it.

    If not, all the information you can provide will help us to have a better understanding of the issue, even screenshots and screen records will be helpful.
