Issues submitting

Since upgrading to the pro account, when I try to submit using my free credits, I am encountering issues. I go through the entire process of selecting a track, the genres/language, and playlists I would like to submit to. When I go to submit, a spinning wheel appears and just hangs there. I have tried on mobile and on PC, with the same issue occuring on both. Disappointed.
