    Can you explain a bit more what you mean by skipping?

    Is there an issue when submitting, logging in, or is it something else?

      Thanks for getting back to me.

      When I mention “skipping”, I mean that the submissions page often freezes and keeps reloading. This makes it difficult and quite slow to listen to the track previews while reviewing the submissions.

      It’s not a login issue. The problem seems to be specifically with the submissions page, which sometimes gets stuck in this continuous reload loop.

        Could you please try performing a hard refresh on your browser to see if that resolves? Sometimes this can help with temporary caching problems.
