with the way the platform is getting I feel a live chat option should have been added for easy communication btw users and the platform VA for solve issues faster.
We actually implemented this forum to have more direct communication with artists and curators from the DP community.
Will add the live chat feature for our next team meeting to evaluate implementation - to be honest we don’t see it as a short term priority! But will still discuss it internally.
