won't load

it doesn't load any playlists, i've been trying for days and looking for playlists but none appear. it loads until i can't stand it anymore

    Can you share a screenshot of the issue please? Also in the meantime please try and hard refresh your browser:

    To do a hard refresh, you can usually press Ctrl+Shift+R (on Windows/Linux) or Cmd+Shift+R (on Mac). Here's also a resource to help you: https://fabricdigital.co.nz/blog/how-to-hard-refresh-your-browser-and-clear-cache
