Just checking you DP account and you have not purchased premium submissions. The Professional Plan provides you with 30 standard submissions, to add premium submission you will have to get them seperately.

User is likely shocked at the fact you give zero premium credits to your highest paying subscribers. It's not normal for a business to treat their paying customers so poorly.
