Out-of-genre submissions

As a curator, I get way too many submissions to my playlists that are clearly not in my genre (e.g., heavy metal submissions to my “Classical Instrumentals” playlist or rap submissions to my “Acoustic Coffeehouse” playlist. I try to listen to all submissions, and this spam adds a lot of time to the process. Is there any way to prevent this? It’s a serious flaw of this platform.

    Hello, thanks for reaching out!

    We appreciate the feedback, we narrow down the submissions in the first part of the submission process - users have to select genre and language of their track and can only see playlists on those genres.

    Unfortunately there are some users that de-select genres and language and send their music to multiple playlists without considering if it’s a match or not.

    We take your feedback and will discuss with the team how we can solve this issue.
