I purchased credits to promote my music on playlists, but it seems that it isn't even being reviewed.

    O problema é que os créditos premium custam mais que o dobro, sem garantia de resultados…

    Hi Ari,

    Depending on the type of submission, the expiration of these submissions varies.

    Standard Submissions can be responded to up to 21 days until they expire, while Premium Submissions can be left unanswered for 7 days until the credit is refunded to your wallet.

    We hope the curators reply to your submission before that period.
