I wanted to address the issue with payments… despite the platform claiming it can take up to a week to get the payments after requesting them.. it often takes 25-30 days on average… are you guys planing to fix this?
We're currently working with our finance team to resolve this. At the moment, payment requests are taking around two weeks to process, but we’re actively working to return to our usual turnaround times as soon as possible.
