Hello, I hope you are doing well.

I would like to report an issue I’m experiencing with the site. I subscribed to the Pro plan using a different profile in order to grow the followers of a playlist on my main profile. Unfortunately, I’m unable to add the playlist for submission, as it says the playlist belongs to a different profile.

This playlist is actually mine, and I have already added the current profile as a collaborator. Could you please let me know if it’s possible to enable the playlist for submissions?

    Thank you for reaching out. When it comes to playlist submissions, we can only accept the submission through the account from which it was created, as we ensure that there’s not an incorrect use of others’ playlists.

    We recommend using the account that can submit it.
