Pre-save link issue

My artist Pre-save link is not working when I edit the gate on all of my playlists. My campaign time is limited and I need help to determine the issue with this link. Thank you

    Please can you send the pre-save link you are trying to set as a gate?

    So we can check that the formatting is correct. Also, please provide the link to the playlist you want to set the gate to.
