On my Artist pro, there is a thing that says Pre-saves processed, which shows 0.

How do i go about getting presaves of my single through artist pro

    Hello Rise, thanks for reaching out.

    The Artist Pro subscription allows members to setup Pre-saves URI as playlist gates.

    This means that, if you are a curator and have a playlist uploaded on DailyPlaylists, artists must pre-save your song to submit to your playlist.

    It is a feature that benefits Artist Pro members that have playlists open for submissions on DP.

      Ah I see, I have that setup, I though it might’ve been something additional, as it says zero, but the email report last week was 70. No bother maybe just a bug.

        Oh so you have the pre-save gates active?

        Currently what you can see in your dashboard and in the report is the Pre-saves processed, not pre-saves queued.

        This means that all the pre-saves that are activated through gates are on hold until the release date, when they are processed - you will see the processed pre-saves after the release date.
