Hey guys, I am trying to add a track to one of my shared playlists in your platform, and it’s already verified to be a premium playlist, but when I try to share a track, for some reason, I can’t share it, the playlist can not be found on my profile.

    Hey Livlo, thanks for reaching out.

    You are only able to add songs to playlists that you own / created. Is this a playlist where you were invited as a collaborator? Or did you created the playlist yourself with the account you use to login to DP?

      Hey DP,

      All of our premium playlists were created using the original account. While there are collaborators on some of them, we are the owners, not collaborators.

      The issue is that your website shows we haven’t added any playlists to the platform. However, we’ve been active premium playlisters for a long time. It seems like a technical error, and because of this, we’re unable to share submissions on our playlists, your system doesn’t recognize any of them.
