Thanks for your understanding. Unfortunately, what you experienced wasn't a glitch with the platform itself. Let me explain:
The Professional plan includes the ability to have up to 5 active projects (tracks) per billing cycle (per month).
You have the flexibility to remove these tracks, however, the plan has a limit of 5 song submissions through the professional dashboard within the cycle, so after reaching 5 (which you can see above the project section) your limit has been reached.

I was on yearly instead of monthly and my “5 song projects” will only refresh once per year. This is a scam.

Hi Yo,
With yearly subscriptions, projects renew the 1st of each month. It would be unfair for yearly subscribers to only allow 5 projects.
