Professional tab doesn't work, STILL
All five of my song projects under the professional tab have failed to refresh after the one-month period. It would appear that I am stuck with the same five song projects permanently, as they do not switch out and there is no way to replace them on my own.
There is no way I am going to pay extra for this if you can't figure all this out. You're making an embarrassment out of the entire platform.

Hi Yo!,
We have answered on the post above, regarding this issue, can you please provide us with your Spotify user link and email associated to the account? That way we can see what’s causing this,
Thank you

So, are you not doing customer support anymore?

I am on an annual plan so the monthly refresh is not happening for me. Please fix this. If someone from Dailyplaylists tries to tell me I'm stuck with the same five songs for the full year. I will be requesting a refund for my membership.

Hi Yo!,
Sorry for the late reply, we would need a screenshot of the dashboard from today, as it should be refresh by now.
All the best,

No, dude. It didn't refresh on June 1st either. This is the slowest, most ineffective customer support I have ever experienced.

Hi,
Can you show us the ‘Songs’ metric - in your screenshot is next to the Projects at the top of the page in the overview section.
As you’ve got all 5 slots filled, you will have to remove a track to add a new one - in the Professional plan we allow you to upload 5 songs per month, however we do not allow for more than 5 songs on the dashboard at once. Meaning each month you can swap out all 5 if you would like, but only have a maximum of 5 songs uploaded.
Before deleting any songs (if you want to swap some out), please let us know what the ‘Songs’ metric shows
All the best,
Harry
