Slipped to Gold?

Hi folks! Seems I’ve slipped to Gold even though I’ve passed the Platinum threshold.

    Hi folks:

    Sorry to trouble. I seem to have been knocked down to Gold again.

    Is something amiss? Anything I need to do?

          We already created the ticket to attend this, it will be upgraded this week - as we are launching new features we are currently doing final testing and QA.
