Spinning spotify window

When logged in to spotify in my desktop browser, I can’t play any songs on the DP website - just get this spinning icon. On mobile, it works, but only with the preview, and we like to listen to the full song submitted to us. Have tried clearing cache etc, interestingly it works incognito, but again only with the preview so I assume it’s related to the ‘logged in’ element, a cookie or something. Thanks!

    It is possible that this is being caused by a caching issue.

    Please can you try and hard refresh the browser and confirm if the issue persists?

      Thanks, in the end we had to clear all the cookies against Spotify on all websites and that fixed it - we’d tried doing it just for your website intially, but it’s working now. Cheers
