submission accept error

hello, i am trying to accept submissions for my playlists, but they just re-appear on my list. so must be failing to ad to the relevant playlist. the ones i reject dissapear and don’t come back so that side is working ok. frustrating to say the least.

      the whole website is broken, nothing works. cannot find my tracks for submission, can’t accept submissions for my playlists. Cannot re submit tracks ive previously submitted. Absolutely nothing works
