Support Gate: Can you join support gate AFTER you submitted?

Hello, just joined DP and I couldnt run the support gate requests (requirements?🤨 ) on one of my browsers. So, I hit submit, mainly so that I did not lose the playlists then switched to a brower that would work. However I can not find the support gate info for the submissions anywhere. Using standard credits.

Are they available to find again?

Is there a way I can rescend to then resend?

Unrelated: Is there a way to get the “Purchase Credits” ad to not come up EVERY time I visit the dashboard?

    Hi Joe,

    Thank you for your message. Can you explain a little bit more about what you mean by not finding the “support gate”? Are you not seeing the “follow” gates once you submit your account? Or is it something else?

    Regarding the pop-up, we advise you to simply click on the “x” button as that would remove it, once and for all.

      I did see the follow gates as I was submitting. AFTER I submit is there a way to get back to those request/requirements.?

      Also, no, the simple x’ing out of it only works for as long as you are on that page. If you go to for example “submit” and then back to the Dashboard, it returns with it.

        Hi Joe,

        Unfortunately no. You can see the following or other playlist gates on your Spotify account. We will take note of this feature, though.

        Regarding the pop-up. It is set up this way.

          Thanks, another feature suggestion the: perhaps a way to favorite curators/ add folders for those you want to keep track of BEFORE submitting.
