Unable to accept submissions to my playlist

I’m unable to accept submissions to my playlist. Whenever I try, I receive this error

“There was an error :( Please try again later”

I’ve tried again later, but the issue persists. Is this a known problem, and is there anything I can do to resolve it?

Thank you for your message. Spotify had a bug with all the embeds. But it's fixed now. Please try doing a hard refresh in your browser.

  Let's try one more thing before creating a support ticket. This bug seems to be related to a recent Spotify API malfunction following their latest update.
  
  Please try the following steps to resolve the issue:
  
  1. First, sign out from everywhere using this link: https://www.spotify.com/us/account/sign-out-everywhere/
  2. After that, reset your password using this link: http://www.spotify.com/password-reset/
  
  Log in again to our platform and let me know if it works.
