Hi, is there any way to check that my account is being credited correctly? I had not logged in for several weeks and found my credit was only 37. My package is 30 per week, so I expected to have more credits available. Having 37 available suggested that I had been active using credits.

    Hello Scott, thanks for reaching out.

    Standard Submission credits are not accumulable, that’s why you currently have 37.

    Every Monday you receive Standard Submissions depending on how many you’ve used the previous week.

    If you use all your credits in a week, next Monday you will receive 10 Standard Submissions (free users) or 30 Standard Submissions (Artist Pro subscribers).
