Why the responds from the premium requests takes so long ? Isn it little unresectable?

    Hi Saphir,

    Premium curators can take up to 7 days to respond; after that, the premium credit is refunded. This type of submission is the shortest we have on the platform. Let us know if you have any feedback on how to improve.
