Issue with accepting a track

I’m a curator on the platform and I’ve been trying to accept the same track for 2 days now but it keeps giving me and error and asking me to try again later, not sure if this is a wider issue but this artist is waiting for a response and don’t want it to reflect negatively on me if I’m unable to respond in time even after reviewing.

    It’s not fixed. It’s the same problem for me. Can you help me? I cleared browser cookies, resetted spotify password, logged out spotify from everywhere, used tried to browser, nothing helps.

    Unable to accept submissions to my playlist

    I’m unable to accept submissions to my playlist. Whenever I try, I receive this error

    “There was an error :( Please try again later”

    I’ve tried again later, but the issue persists. Is this a known problem, and is there anything I can do to resolve it?

      Thank you for your message. Spotify had a bug with all the embeds. But it's fixed now. Please try doing a hard refresh in your browser.
