I believe it happened because I updated the cover art and the ending of the audio through my distributor. I contacted support and requested a credit refund so I can resubmit the updated version, but I haven’t received a response yet. It would be helpful if the platform can: 1. Notify artists when their song is removed from a playlist after being accepted. 2. Make it easier to request credit refunds when a track is removed shortly after acceptance. Thank you.
